Dr. Nagda hosts Travelling Indian Shoulder Surgeons

The Indian American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons annually select 2 surgeons from India to travel to the United States and visit prominent surgeons to get an understanding of how they practice and learn techniques and tricks.  This years surgeons visited Dr. Nagda for 3 days. The visit was filled with lively office hour sessions and a full day of surgery that the visiting doctors observed.  The evenings involved dinners and social events including other surgeons in the greater DC area.  “It is a career-altering experience for the travelling fellows who get to learn from so many great US surgeons over the course of the month.” Stated Dr. Nagda.  The visit culminates with the fellows attending the ASES meeting and sharing their experience of the fellowship.
