Shoulder Replacement is becoming more and more popular in India. As such, the past president of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of India, Dr. Ashish Babhulkar and Dr. Nagda came up with the concept of and Indo-US shoulder replacement meeting. The meeting was almost 2 years in the making and was a resounding success. Over 120 attendees from all over India came and the discussion and didactics were extremely high level. Dr. Grant Garrigues, Dr. Anand Murthi, and Dr. Nagda were the invited US Faculty, joining 15 Indian Faculty in a meeting that all attendees learned a lot from. “The concept came together and the meeting was better than we ever expected.” Said Dr. Nagda. “We plan on having the meeting every other year! “
